Pratibha has been asked to present herself for recording her statement before the case’s investigating officer next week. The ED will question Pratibha for the first time in its probe. The agency arrested the accused insurance agent, Anand Chauhan, over a week ago. The ED probe is based on a September 2015 FIR of CBI that had accused the CM of amassing of disproportionate assets worth 6 crore during his 2009-12 stint as steel minister. Like the CBI FIR, the ED FIR named as accused Singh, his wife and his alleged aides, Chauhan and wholesale fruit trader Chunni Lal Chauhan.
