Vijender Singh, who is the first-ever Indian boxer to have won an Olympic medal, turned 32 on Sunday.
Wishing the professional boxer - who is also the WBO Asia Pacific Super Middleweight and Oriental Super Middleweight champion - Virender Sehwag posted a picture as well.
In a message written in Hindi, Sehwag urged the professional boxer from Haryana to keep making the country proud.
The boxer was quick to reply to the former Indian cricketer.
Vijender received wishes from many well-known personalities on his 32nd birthday.
Vijender Singh is currently undefeated in pro boxing with his last win coming against Zulpikar Maimaitiali in August, a match that saw him win the WBO Oriental Super Middleweight title.
