Showing good combination and stick work, Orissa Steelers outplayed Delhi Dazzlers 2-0 in the opening match of second edition of Premier League Hockey tournament on Thursday.

Orissa Steelers, who made their maiden appearance in the PHL, dominated the game in both the halves leaving little for the opponents in the match.
For the winners, Rajesh Chauhan sounded the board through a field goal in the 13th minute of the first half.
It was in the 65th minute of the second half, Orissa Steelers captain Sunil Ekka sealed the fate of Delhi Dazzlers by converting a penalty corner.
The final score sheet could have been different had Cyprian Aind and Roshan Minj not missed golden opportunities to score field goals in the either half.
