Kalam's name figured among the probable brand ambassadors of the EC for the Bihar polls, Additional Chief Electoral Officer (ACEO) Kumar Anshumali said.

Chief Election Commissioner S Y Quraishi had yesterday expressed concern over poor turn out in successive assembly polls in Bihar and emphasized the need for appointment of a popular brand amabassador to prevail upon the electorate to exercise their franchise.
