Police on Monday said that the key conspirator of the February 14 Pulwama terror attack that killed 40 CRPF personnel has been killed in an encounter in the Tral area of South Kashmir. “Mudasir Khan was killed in Tral encounter yesterday has been identified and he was a key conspirator in the attack on CRPF bus on Feburary 14,” said the police officers.
