Photos: Covid-19 recoveries cross 2.6 million in India

65,050 patients recovered from Covid-19 between August 27 and 28 morning taking the total recoveries to over 2.6 million. The recovery rate for Covid-19 in India has touched 76.47% as a result. The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has said that an early focus on surveillance and contact tracing through house-to-house surveys has helped achieve this feat. India’s coronavirus count stands at 34,63,972 including 7,52,425 active cases and 26,48,998 cured/discharged/migrated.
