Photos: Snowfall in Kashmir and Himachal ends dry winter spell in North India
Fresh snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir as well as Himachal Pradesh along with moderate rain coupled with strong winds and thunderstorms across Northern India brought down the mercury even further on Monday.
