PCOS: Go dairy free for better health; dietitian explains why we should stop dairy consumption

From worsening insulin resistance to hair loss and acne, here are a few reasons why people with PCOS need to go dairy-free.

Polycystic ovary syndrome or PCOS is a condition where the ovaries produce an abnormal amount of Androgen leading to small cyst formation in the ovaries.
