Relationship Obsessive Compulsive Disorder refers to the condition where we are constantly doubting the relationship, the partner and their loyalty towards ourselves. This OCD can be the reason for emotional detachment for the other person. It is a toxic trait and can ruin the relationship as well. " It’s important to recognize that experiencing occasional doubt in relationships is normal. However, individuals with OCD often grapple with more intense and frequent thoughts, compelling them to engage in compulsive behaviors such as constant checking, seeking reassurance, and engaging in covert compulsions like mental reviewing," wrote Therapist Maythal Eshaghian.
