NATURE RULES: The Vidhan Bhavan at Nariman Point in south Mumbai is home to 30 flowering plants. Inaugurated by former Prime Minister, the late Indira Gandhi on April 19, 1981, the site hosts seasonal flowers for three months – April, May and June. (Anshuman Poyrekar/HT Photo)
