Kohli and Ravindra Jadeja both sailed past their milestones, with the latter scoring a half century soon after the former India captain got into three figures. The pair put up 159 runs for the fifth wicket before Kohli was run out on 121.  (BCCI Twitter)

Jadeja also fell on 61 after which Ravichandran Ashwin anchored the effort from the tail. Ashwins scored 56 and was the last Indian wicket to fall.  (AFP)

Kraigg Brathwaite and Tagenarine Chanderpaul then ensured that the hosts don't lose any wicket for much of the session. Their opening stand, however, ended with Chanderpaul going for a rash shot and falling on 33 off 95 (AP)

Ravindra Jadeja was the only wicket taker for India on the day. Brathwaite ended the day unbeaten on 37 off 128 balls with debutant Kirk McKenzie at the other end on 14 off 25.  (AP)
