2 gang members arrested for possessing arms in Pune
One member was of Gaja Marne gang and another of the Chota Rajan gang

A member of Gaja Marne gang and another of the Chota Rajan gang have been arrested by Pune police on Sunday.
According to the police, the Marne gang member has been identified as Jamir Shaikh, 26, and the other has been identified as Ajay Chakranrayan, 23.
The two were arrested after being found possessing two home made pistols and three live cartridges in Kothrud. Chakranarayan is an active member of the Chota Rajan gang.
The two have been booked under Sections 3, 5 and 25 of the Arms Act and Section 37(1)135 of the Maharashtra Police Act at Kothrud police station.
