After heavy rain brought down temperatures considerably last weekend, Chandigarh is set for a dry spell and hotter days, say officials of the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Chandigarh.

No rainfall is expected till the end of the week except for light rain and thunder on Friday.
“The weather will be pleasant as light rainfall is expected, but it is unlikely to be as heavy the downpour last weekend,” the Met official said.
Some light rain is also possible on Sunday, he added.
