Haryana govt appoints RK Khullar as special principal secretary to CM
Haryana government on Thursday appointed 1988 batch IAS officer RK Khullar as special principal secretary to chief minister. Khullar will also hold the charge of principal secretary, Information, Public Relations and Languages.
