Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar residents submit memo to local bodies secretary

These residents are demanding issuance of 114 allotment letters for plots under the 475 Acre-Scheme in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar to people concerned at the earliest. These residents have been waiting to get allotment letters for their plots since several years.

A local resident Devinder Rehan said, “We have given a memorandum to Ashok Gupta, who assured us that our demand will be fulfilled soon. Chairperson of Ludhiana Improvement Trust Shruti Singh and mayor Harcharan Singh Gohalwaria were also present when we submitted the memorandum. Singh is helping the residents who have been waiting for a long time to get their plots.”
