Hip Hop Adhi signs next film with debut director

Hip Hop Adhi signs next project to be produced by Sundar C’s Avni Movies. The actor is expected to play a hockey player in the film.

Hip Hop Adhi -- who debuted as an actor with the successful Meesaya Murukku -- has signed his next film with debut director Parthiban Desingu. The film will be produced by Avni Movies, the same banner that introduced Aadhi. The composer-actor shared the news on Twitter and wrote, “After the grand success of #meesayamurukku - here comes our next movie, once again with Avni Movies. Directed by debutant Parthiban Desingu backed by a young energetic team,we will work hard to entertain you with a positive film. Thanks for the tremendous love support.”

Hip Hop Adhi’s next project will have the actor portraying the role of a hockey player.

Adhi is expected to play the role of a hockey player in this film. Hip Hop Tamizha will also be composing the music for this film. The pooja was held in December 15, in Chennai and the rest of the crew members are expected to be announced in the coming days.  Adhi and Sundar C’s collaboration goes back to the project, Aambala, which introduced Hip Hop Tamizha to Tamil film industry as music composers.

Hip Hop Tamizha, consists of the composer duo Adhi and Jeeva and the two are currently working on three films. They are composing music for Nayanthara’s upcoming film Imaikka Nodigal, Sundar C directorial Kalakalappu 2 and their second Telugu project Krishnarjuna Yudham, which stars Nani and Anupama Pareswaran.

Adhi recently tied the knot with Latchaya in a simple ceremony in Chennai. He announced the news on Twitter and asked for blessings from his fans.
