Kamal Haasan actioner Thoongaavanam to have just one song

Popular composer Ghibran will compose a song for Kamal Haasan's next film, a Tamil-Telugu bilingual Thoongavanam. Ghibran is currently busy on film's background score.

Popular composer Ghibran will compose a song for actor Kamal Haasan's next film, a Tamil-Telugu bilingual thriller Thoongavanam. Ghibran is currently busy on the background score of the said film. "The song has been crooned by Kamal sir and penned by Vairamuthu. We've already recorded the Tamil version and will soon work on the Telugu version," said the film's director Rajesh Selva.

Having recently completed the principal shooting, the team is currently busy with the post-production work. Also starring Trisha Krishnan, Prakash Raj, Sampath Raj, Madhu Shalini and Kishore, the film is a remake of French thriller Sleepless Night.

Directed by Haasan's long-time associate Rajesh M Selva, the film's story unfolds in a single night in a bar. Titled Cheekati Rajyam in Telugu, it's gearing up for Diwali release.
