Nazriya Nazim will make a comeback in films with Anjali Menon’s Koode.

Koode, director Anjali Menon’s follow up to her super hit film, Bangalore Days, is special not only because of its promising cast - Prithviraj Sukumaran, Parvathy - but it marks the comeback of actor Nazriya Nazim. Days after the film’s poster release the makers on Wednesday released a video welcoming Nazriya back into the industry. The song that plays in the video is Aararo, composed by Raghu Dixit.

In the video, Nazriya walks barefoot on green grass, she scribbles on foggy windows and with a look of wonder in her eyes. In just over 28 seconds, she has the audience intrigued not only about the film, but about her character

Her husband, actor Fahadh Faasil, was excited to see his wife back on the big screen and wrote on Facebook, “Never before in my life I have had this kind of an excitement to share the first look poster of a movie. More than the great film it’s going to be and the great cast and technicians it has, my excitement is to see someone I love to watch on screen after four long years. She gave up this four golden years of her life to give me a home. I love you Nazriya with all I have and everything I am. All the best Anjali, Raju, Paru and My Own.”

Parvathy wrote that the film ‘gently nudges your heart to beat better’. She wrote on..., “A tale that ever so tenderly takes you by your hands and reminds you that love shall never leave you. Here is “Koode” for you !”

The film is expected to release in July and is produced by Rejaputhra Visual Media in association with Little Films India. Along with Raghu Dixit, the film will also feature a score by M Jayachandran with lyrics by Rafeeq Ahammed.
