More smartly outplayed Pankaj Pawar 25-9, 25-13 to pocket Rs 15,000 with the loser picking Rs 10,000 for his fine efforts ahead of the men’s final.
Kumari held her nerves to recover from a game down to defeat Maitreyi Gogate 13-25, 25-12, 25-5 for the Rs 8,000 cash prize with the loser settling for Rs 5,000.
