UPDATE: Travis Kelce was evaluated in the locker room at halftime and was cleared to return. On the first play of the second half, he caught a 5-yard pass and looked healthy.

What happened?
Travis Kelce was injured on Kansas City's final drive of the first half. Kelce ran across the middle for a pass from Patrick Mahomes. The ball came behind him, and when he turned to catch it, he took a hard hit to the chest from Bills safety Cole Bishop. Kelce stayed down for a moment before walking to the locker room. He appeared to say something to the crowd as he left the field.
A video of the hit has surfaced on social media.
Before the injury, Kelce had one catch on two targets for 20 yards in the first half.
