World Breastfeeding Week 2020: Support Breastfeeding for a healthier planet

This global campaign was first organised by the World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action (WABA) in collaboration with the World Health Organisation (WHO) and UNICEF in 1992, in an attempt to raise awareness about the benefits of exclusively breastfeeding for the initial 6 months of a child’s life.

Palghar railway station to soon get a special cubicle for breastfeeding

Construction work on the cubicle began on Wednesday, the last day of World Breastfeeding Week. WR is collaborating with Mira Road-based NGO Child Help Foundation for the project.
