Bomman and Bellie, the stars of the Oscar-winning documentary The Elephant Whisperers, recently received a hero’s welcome when they boarded an IndiGo flight. A video shared on Twitter shows the pilot making an in-flight announcement to welcome the duo. Shared by IAS officer Supriya Sahu on Twitter, the video has wowed people.
“Nice gesture @IndiGo6E,” she wrote as she posted the video. The clip opens to show the pilot sharing with everyone that they have Bomman and Bellie onboard. A text overlay on the video also reads, “Flying to Ooty with the stars of "the elephant whisperers" on board. shoutout to @indigo Airlines for the special mention!”
They duo featured in the film that won the Best Documentary Short winner in Academy Awards. It is directed by Kartiki Gonsalves and produced by Guneet Monga.

The video was posted a few hours ago. Since being shared, the clip has accumulated more than 28,000 views and the numbers are only increasing. Additionally, the share has also received close to 2,100 likes. People posted various comments while reacting to the video.
