After helming the anti-corruption crusade in the country and rousing the citizens to join his demand for an effective anti-graft Lokpal bill, Anna Hazare is back on televisions, though making an unusual appearance. This time, he will be seen playing idol to the country’s tiny tots.
On the sets of the music reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs on Zee TV, Hazare was seen mingling with the young contestants and judges Adnan Sami, Kailash Kher and Javed Ali.
Revealing little-known facts about his youth, Hazare confessed that he was a big Dilip Kumar fan and never missed a single film of the actor. However, he added that he has not seen a movie in the last 35 years.
Talking to the children participating on the show, Hazare revealed, “I used to be a mischievous child. I hated doing my homework … I was once caught by my teacher without my homework.”
