Miley Cyrus is returning to TV after five very long years and unless you have been living under a rock all this time, you’d know how much has changed vis-à-vis Mylie.

Basically.
Basically.

Anyway, the Hannah Montana star will soon be seen in a Woody Allen-directed TV series, Crisis in Six Scenes, the first photos of which have landed online.

The series will also star Woody Allen himself, Elaine May, Rachel Brosnahan, John Magaro, and Joy Behar. It is set in the 1960’s United States and is about a couple in suburban New York. They are visited by a guest, Miley, who turns their household upside down with her communist ideologies and strong ‘flower power’.

It indeed feels good to see Miley in Hannah Montana’s blonde wig again and if these photos are any proof, it seems like she hasn’t forgotten how to be an ace in front of the camera either. Woody Allen seems to be playing the nervous, adorable old guy yet again but we’d be more shocked if he didn’t.

The six-episode, 30-minute comedy is set to launch on September 30 on Amazon.
