TV big medium to promote films: Akshay
With promotions for his forthcoming film Rowdy Rathore in full swing, actor Akshay Kumar will also be taking the small screen route to spread the word about the film.

With promotions for his forthcoming film Rowdy Rathore in full swing, actor Akshay Kumar will also be taking the small screen route to spread the word about the film.
Akshay, along with his co-star Sonakshi Sinha, will be seen on Sony's detective show CID.
"TV is a very big medium to promote. It is very wrong on our part to call it a small medium. The reach of TV is enormous," said Akshay.
"CID has been on air for the past 15 years, and Akshay is among its many fans.
"'CID inspires me not to do any crime and I think we all should learn that. I love the show and I also watch it sometimes," he added.
Sonakshi Sinha was also happy to promote her movie on the show, which will see the actors performing some stunts.
Rowdy Rathore will release June 1.
