Ukraine War: 7 civilians killed, 7,500 foreigners held hostage; Who's to blame?

The Russian military has hit back at Ukraine claiming that the country was creating a humanitarian crisis amid the war situation. "Unfortunately, the humanitarian situation in Ukraine is continuing to deteriorate rapidly, and in some cities it has reached catastrophic proportions," the head of the Russian National Defence Control Centre, Mikhail Mizintsev, said. On the other hand, as Russia captured the outskirts of Mariupol city, Ukraine claimed that 7 civilians were killed after Russia continued to deliberately target innocent people.
