Arabs panic: Dubai building struck amid drone attack; deaths in Oman; Saudi defences on brink? | Iran

Saudi Arabia and the UAE were hit by another wave of Iranian missiles and drones on the morning of March 13, as the IRGC pressed ahead with its 44th phase of “Operation True Promise 4” and Iran clashed with Western powers at the United Nations over its strikes and nuclear programme. Saudi officials reported a higher‑than‑usual volume of hostile UAVs targeting the kingdom in just a few hours, after days of attacks on oil facilities, U.S. bases and diplomatic sites. In the UAE, authorities said air defences successfully intercepted an aerial attack over central Dubai, with falling debris causing minor damage to the facade of a building, only a day after the country confirmed that its systems had shot down 10 ballistic missiles and 26 drones launched from Iran.
