AAP MLA chases rampaging car and forces it to stop

AAP MLA Jarnail Singh chased a car that rammed into a barricade and forced it to stop in west Delhi on Tuesday. A traffic police constable clung to the car's bonnet trying to stop it. While the man kept driving, Jarnail Singh who was passing by chased the car and forced it to stop. The video was shot by an associate of the MLA and shared by him on Twitter.
