A leopard entered residential areas of Uttarakhand's Kotdwara town on Sunday, spreading panic among residents. The forest officials reached the spot in Shivalik nagar and found the big cat hiding in the fields. After hours of efforts to capture the leopard failed, the forest officials shot down the animal.
