After 2nd wave chaos, how to prevent more surges: WHO's Dr Poonam Singh on Covid

As the second, and worst yet, wave of Covid-19 infections in India recedes gradually, World Health Organisation's Dr Poonam Khetrapal Singh spoke on possible future surges. The South-East Asia Regional Director said that while future waves can't be predicted, they can be prevented.
