Officials said that there was nothing yet to suggest any link with inoculation. Meanwhile, a Lancet study suggested that no adverse events were found in Bharat Biotech’s Covaxin. The Lancet study was funded by Bharat Biotech during the first phase trial of the vaccine. Also, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to vaccine beneficiaries and said that the two Indian-made vaccines send a message that India is now self-reliant.
