How to prevent 3rd Covid wave? Dr. Paul gives 4 factors for controlling outbreak

Niti Aayog’s Dr. VK Paul spoke on the factors that can control an outbreak of Covid waves in the future. Dr. Paul, during a press briefing in Delhi, gave four factors for controlling an outbreak. Dr. Paul said the behavior of the virus, susceptibility of the host, transmissibility, and opportunity are the four elements of the outbreak.
