An elderly man in Panchkula was surprised by the local police on his birthday. Panchkula police went to the man's house with a birthday cake to surprise him. The retired colonel has been living alone in Panchkula in view of the lockdown. The man broke down at the sweet gesture by the police. He later cut the cake with the police personnel.
