'PM Modi's tears didn't save lives': Rahul Gandhi's advice for Covid 3rd wave

The Congress on Tuesday issued a 150-page white paper highlighting the government’s policy failures since the beginning of the pandemic. Addressing a press conference on the white paper, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that 90% of Covid-19 deaths in the second wave were “needless” because the patients could have been saved if oxygen or drugs were available. He also added that the Prime Minister’s tears didn’t save lives but oxygen could have. The white paper was prepared by Congress’ research department. Watch the full video for more details.
