Devotees pay obeisance to 'floating stones'

Hindu devotees pay their obeisance to 'floating stones', which were believed to be part of a bridge laid by Lord Ram between India and Sri Lanka while retrieving his consort Sita from the detention of King Ravana. The stones, believed to be a part of the mythological bridge, have attained religious sanctity. Hundreds of devotes visit the temple every day.
