Actor Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra was sent to police custody till July 23 in a porn case. Arrested by Mumbai Police, 45-year-old Kundra has been taken to Byculla Police Station. The celebrity businessman was brought to Mumbai's Esplanade Court on Tuesday. “I represented the accused (Kundra & Ryan Tharp) who were produced before court. Accused were released at around 1pm today, I objected to their police custody remand. Following the arguments, the court sent the accused to police custody till July 23. Police have levelled several allegations, but not all of them are applicable. Police have said the accused used to create porn films & transmit them to the UK,” Advocate Kushal More said. Kundra has been called 'key conspirator' & was arrested by Mumbai police late on Monday. Kundra has been booked along with 11 others under relevant sections of IPC & IT Act.
