Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was again humiliated over the Nazi honour blunder. Canadian opposition leader Pierre Poilievre dressed down Trudeau for his continuous absence in the House of Commons – the lower chamber of Canadian parliament. This came after Anthony Rota, who recognised 98-year-old Nazi veteran Yaroslav Hunkaas a “war hero”, resigned over the gaffe.
