'How can India stay silent?': Cong slams Modi Govt's stance on Russian invasion

Cong leaders Tharoor, Manish Tewari & Surjewala slammed the Union Govt for India's stance on the Ukraine crisis. Ex-U.N. Under-Secretary-General Tharoor also served as India's junior external affairs minister. Tharoor hit out saying - ''regime change' operation, how long can India, which had opposed such interventions, stay silent?' Manish Tewari hit out saying 'there comes a time when you need to tell ‘friends’ they can’t indulge in regime change'.
