Sabarmati Ashram revamp threatening MK Gandhi's legacy? Architect Bimal Patel answers

Bimal Patel, the architect and President of CEPT University, spoke on the redevelopment of Sabarmati Ashram. Speaking at the 19th Hindustan Times Leadership Summit, Patel said there is no intention to deviate from preserving the Spartan buildings. Patel said the idea of the project is to expand the ashram to cover most buildings. Patel said the project is to restore the Sabarmati Ashram and not redevelop it.
