2012 Delhi gangrape victim’s mother urges PM Modi to order convicts’ hanging

2012 Delhi gangrape victim's mother Asha Devi urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to order the hanging of convicts. A Delhi Court had issued death warrants against the convicts. One convict later filed a mercy plea with the President. Union Home Ministry has asked President to reject their mercy plea. However, the mercy plea itself may cause a delay in their hanging.
