Army recruitment drive in Srinagar, 2 months after Art 370 dilution

The Indian Army began a two-day recruitment drive in Jammu and Kashmir's capital city, Srinagar. Those selected will be inducted into the Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry. According to reports, the Army aims to fill 2,780 vacancies through the recruitment rally. SR Sharma, Commandant, JKLI regiment was quoted by news agency ANI as saying that approximately one-third personnel in JKLI are from Jammu and Kashmir.
