Cong loses Gujarat, Himachal assembly elections but has a plan ready for 2019

Congress has lost the Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh assembly elections to the BJP. But party spokesperson Tom Vadakkan told HT that newly-elected Congress president Rahul Gandhi has shown his true colours and he is a fighter. He also said that the party has a plan ready for 2019.
