Congress reluctant to strengthen armed forces: PM Modi

Addressing a public meeting in the Gandhi family bastion of Rae Bareli in Uttar Pradesh Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a jibe at Congress party. In his speech he attacked the Congress saying that the party is reluctant to strengthen the armed forces of the country.
