Elephant killed by speeding train in Darjeeling

An elephant was killed by a speeding train in West Bengal's Darjeeling on Wednesday. The incident took place near Batasi area. The forest officials and locals gathered and located the elephant's body. The train hit the elephant while it was trying to cross the tracks.
