Govt depends on the gap between rhetoric & reality: Shashi Tharoor on Budget

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor criticised the Union Budget of the second term of the Narendra Modi government. This was the maiden budget for Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. She presented the full-year budget for the year ending March 2020.
