Heavy rainfall throws normal life out of gear in Mumbai

Heavy rainfall has thrown normal life out of gear in India's financial capital Mumbai. Several arterial roads in the city were waterlogged due to the rain that led to the traffic jams. IMD officials said that heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely in Mumbai, Thane, and Raigad districts, while extremely heavy rainfall is likely at isolated places in Palghar district.
