India briefs UNHRC chief about J&K returning to normal, Pak terror threat

An official from the Ministry of External Affairs met the UNHRC chief in Geneva. Secretary (East) Vijay Thakur Singh briefed Michelle Bachelet about the gradual return to normalcy in J&K. The UNHR High Commissioner was also told about the threat posed by Pak terror.
