Kerala man carries father over shoulders after cops stopped him citing lockdown

A man in Kerala had to carry his father from hospital till an auto-rickshaw. The man alleges police refused to let his vehicle pass citing lockdown restrictions. The man carried his father on his back. The man also alleges that police did not allow him to pass even after producing documents from the hospital. Kerala State Human Rights Commission has registered a suo moto case in connection with the incident. The incident was reported from Kerala's Kollum.
