Watch: MP Minister fails to read Republic Day speech

Madhya Pradesh Women and Child Development Minister Imarti Devi could not read her speech during the Republic Day programme held in Gwalior on Saturday. Finding difficult to continue, she asked the district collector to read the speech for the audience. Imarti Devi had taken oath of the minister's post in Chief Minister Kamal Nath's cabinet on December 25, 2018.
