Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Mahatma Gandhi International Sanitation Convention in Delhi, reiterating the need for sanitation and cleanliness on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. Ahead of Gandhi Jayanti, PM Narendra Modi launched the 'Swachhata Hi Seva Abhiyan' to commemorate the Father of the Nation's 150th birthday. Earlier in the day, PM Modi and President Ram Nath Kovind had visited Delhi's Rajghat to pay their respects to Mahatma Gandhi.
